*The Gravity of Repentance in Healing Our Land
"According to all that I show you, that is the pattern of the tabernacle, and of all its furniture, just so you shall make it." - Exodus 25:9
Repentance in our land carries immense expectations and demands. To stand before God on behalf of the people, one must first stand before Him personally.
Reflect on the revelations God has given you, the notes you've taken. Are you building according to His pattern? This is the path to repentance.
Healing our land requires adherence to God's design. Murdering or fine-tuning the picture He gave you will hinder repentance. (2 Chronicles 7:11-22, Proverbs 28:13, Deuteronomy 21:18-22, Romans 6:1-5, 10:9-10, Luke 3:17)
Repentance is an action word, necessitating confession and forsaking. Surrender your stubbornness and rebelliousness to Jesus, our land's Elder.
Understanding God's laws and wisdom is crucial. This transformation begins with each of us, called by God, through daily repentance. No one can save themselves, but we must demonstrate our responsibility through confession and forsaking.
Prayer and fasting alone won't eradicate wickedness; repentance, an action word, builds the land. Bear fruit, take power from wickedness, and confess and forsake to uproot it.
As Solomon, to whom the Lord instructed to build, have we not strayed from His instructions? Our land's healing is delayed because we haven't followed His pattern.
Publicly acknowledge wickedness. Let's embark on a new journey to change the water's source and make it sweet again.
Humble yourself, ask God to search your heart, and reveal:
- Neglected covenants, promises, and commitments
- Areas where you've deviated from His instructions
Seek mercy and help to rebuild according to His pattern.
May we repent, confess, and forsake, healing our land and restoring God's glory. Amen
